**Soul Embodiment are short classes on Friday evenings designed to enhance each workshop with an hour practicum afterwards for those who want to further their skills.

Course Description

This course is designed to teach you the anatomy of the body with spirit and living a full life from your connection to both.  This is an embodiment class, meaning, most of the class will be based in meditation, movement and the experience of your consciousness.  It is an exquisite inner exploration of your body, consciousness and spirit.  Throughout the class you will learn anatomical structures and energetic signatures associated with these structures and how to feel them inside yourself and others.  There are associated Friday night classes called Soul Embodiment which will serve as a class where you can practice and enhance your newly acquired embodiment skills.

Strengthen Intuition

This course strengthens your intuition.  We are all born with intuition and knowing.  As a child, most of us will develop survival strategies to fit in with the culture for survival purposes.  This is a natural event that occurs, especially in childhood.  Unfortunately, if it is not taught to listen to your intuition and knowing, you can supress it or second guess it, creating stress in the mind body and spirit.  These classes are an opporutnity to reconnect again to every cell of your body, throughtout every anatomical structure.

Organ Movement & Listening Techniques

In this course you will learn Listening Techniques.  These techniques teach you how to listen to the movement, messages and rhythm of each organ. Every organ, every bone and every cell is resonating frequencies throughout your entire body.  This information is often overlooked and as a result, the organs and cells suffer.  The messages can come in images, words, knowing or feelings.

Self Healing

When embodied, your body is designed to heal.  Healing can only occur when it is happening in every system of the body at the same time.  It is common target one organ, one disease, or one life problem to treat, when the reality is that your entire system needs healing.  This includes the mind, body, relationships, family, work and life.  This occurs incrementally, one step at a time, like the unfolding of a flower.  Luckily your body knows how to do this and this is a class where you can witness how your body heals your entire life.

Body Rhythms

Each part of the body is on its own rhythm and contributes to the harmony of the rhythm of the entire body.  Your mind, for example, can go at different speeds and can often go ahead or behind the state of the body.  In embodiment, the mind is trained to work with the body, at the pace of the body.  This way, every action you take in life is connected throughout your entire system (mind, body, soul).
